Did you know that most home insurance policies require you have someone check in on your home (while you are away), at least every 48 to 72 hours, in order for them to cover your claim?! If you are planning to be away, we will pick up your mail, bring in newspapers and flyers, and will visually check for leaks, signs of mice / other critters, and other possible issues.
